Channel 1 Releasing

This C1R affiliate agreement contains the complete terms and conditions which apply to your participation as a member of the C1R affiliate program, a division of C1R Distribution LLC (C1R). By advertising sites owned by the Company, you agree to be bound by this Affiliate Agreement. You must be over 18 (or 21 if that is the age of majority in your country of residence) to participate in the C1R Affiliate program.

Payouts:
Commission rates are subject to change upon e-mail notice to you and/or notice posted on our site. A commission will only be paid if the visitor to the approved C1R site can be tracked by the system from the time of the click on your link to the time of the sale. No commission will be paid if the visitor's payment to the C1R cannot be tracked directly to your site by our system, or if the customer does not make full payment for services provided by us.

Affiliates earn commissions for both initial and recurring revenue and retain customer and commissions for all future purchases.

VOD:
50% on all Video On Demand; Rental or Minutes

Revenue Sharing:

• 50% of membership subscriptions for 40 or less signups per period
• 55% of membership subscriptions for 41 to 80 signups per period
• 60% of membership subscriptions for more than 81 or more signups per period

Pay Per Signup:*

• $35.00 PPS for 40 or less signups per period
• $40.00 PPS for 41 to 80 signups per period
• $45.00 PPS for more than 81 signups per period

*PPS does not receive recurring revenue and retain customer and commissions for all future purchases

Tangibles:
35% on all tangible products; DVD, Novelty, or paper products

Other:
15% on webmaster referrals

Revenue means the gross amount actually collected from customers, subtracting any and all bank fees, processing fees, credits and chargeback’s for each period or calendar month. Revenue includes initial and recurring charges. All funds are paid in US Dollars via check or PayPal. Checks are issued only if Commissions exceed $50.00 per month (PayPal minimum $250). Commissions earned below $50.00 will be carried forward to the following pay period until you have accrued the minimum payout amount. Payments will be sent via regular mail to the address on file.

Prohibited Activities:
You may not use the following trademarks or terms in any form of paid or pay for click/impression advertising:

• C1R
• Chi Chi LaRue
• Rascal (Video or Studio)
• Dirk Yates (Video or Studio)
• All Worlds (Video or Studio)
• Catalina (Video or Studio)
• Live and Raw
• Dirk Yates Live

You may not promote your own site as being the official website of C1R or any of the abovementioned prohibited C1R trademarks or terms.

You may not link to C1R from any web pages with content that might infringe the rights of third parties, including but not limited to: password selling or trading, copyright or trademark.

You may not register or use any domain name that includes or is similar to any of the abovementioned prohibited C1R trademarks or terms.

You must receive permission to promote C1R by mass email. Spamming is prohibited. You may not use unsolicited e-mail, newsgroup postings, message board postings, irc, icq, chatrooms or any other spamming methods to promote our sites or our program.

You may not promote our sites or our program on sites that endorse, promote or feature child pornography, bestiality, rape, violence, torture or any other illegal activity. This also applies if the activity is legal in your jurisdiction.

Termination:
C1R reserves the right to terminate any affiliate and or affiliate account if it believes any terms and conditions have been breached in any way.  In such an event, all accrued funds may be forfeited. We also reserve the right to terminate any account for any other reason by giving the Advertiser seven (7) days notice. In such an event, all accrued funds will be paid. You will be required to remove all our photos and videos, banners, graphics and logos from your site(s) and cease sending web traffic to C1R within seven (7) days of this Agreement being terminated.

Technology:
We are not responsible for any faults, delays or downtime that may affect the performance of our sites or our program. There will be no compensation for technical problems.
We use proprietary software to measure and record unique hits and sign ups from all our affiliates. In all disputes, our software will prevail in determining the number of unique hits and sales sent by any affiliate.
