This week Chi Chi and I did a whirlwind our across the country promoting Channel 1, Taken, and Club Channel 1. I have to say I don’t know how she keeps up her schedule. I mean from city to city…from airport to airport…hotel to hotel. It can really take its toll on you! But having Chi Chi with me the entire trip is great since we love so many of the same things…like food, shopping, and best of all…SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE! What a fucking show that is huh? I have to say I’m a little upset with Mia Michaels and that little C whoever he is dogging on that hot black classical dancer Brandon…who is like the best dancer I’ve seen maybe ever! Come on Mia…it’s not about personality..it’s about dance…and that boys got it!
Ok…back to our trip. First we get up at 4:30 am on Tues and head to Dayton, Ohio, that’s right folks I said Dayton, Ohio. Once we got to Dayton they immediately dropped us off at a hotel in downtown Dayton where everything closed (and when I say everything I mean CVS) by 5pm. With no car, we are left to sit and look at each other for a couple nights. Thank God the dance show was happening then or we would have really gone crazy. I did go to this YMCA where the MEN were in awesome shape and forced me (not literally) to do a fierce workout. On performance night we suddenly got picked up in this PIMPED out stretch limo and were whisked to THE MOST AMAZING club I’ve EVER been in. Yes…Dayton Ohio has a club called Masque which blows away any club in this nation. The lights, sound system, screens, crowd, everything was pretty amazing. I got TONS of great footage there for Club Channel 1 and It will really make for a good portion of the video!
Chi Chi and I (very unlike us), immediately went back to the hotel…and went to sleep. No party, no boys, no nothing. Ready to wake up the next day and head to Pittsburgh where Josh west and Adam Killian would be meeting us to perform at Pegasus and The Eagle.
Pittsburgh is a bit more cosmopolitan than Dayton, so I had the comforts of a golds gym, a lone star steak house (my favorite) and Neiman Marcus.
All of which I explored to their fullest! Our first night was at Pegasus with Josh West by himself. Was excited to have Josh come because he’s in like all my movies and it would be nice to get SHARP out there (I love that movie). Well…let’s just say that Josh who NEVER cancels anything…got so sick that he could not get on a plane. This is like less then 24 hours before performance. So, guess who got right back into stripper mode and saved the show? Doug Jeffries!!! I went to that golds gym…choreographed a little striptease to Brittney Spears Circus…and fucking turned that place out with Chi Chi! Actually it’s one of the best shows we ever did together and we’ve been at this strip show thing for like a decade!The next night the star of Taken and my videographer Adam Killian came to perform at The Eagle and let me tell you…he can DANCE! He has a really unique movement quality about him that is mind blowing to watch. And even though we are friends…I have to say its really SEXY to watch him dance! By the way…he danced to circus as well…go Brittney!
So Sunday night we get back…I’m tired…my boyfriend gets to meet the bear that Chi Chi bought me at Build a Bear (the cutest pink bear I’ve ever seen..I named him Cuddles), and the work week starts up. No rest for the wicked here…we are now getting ready for Gay pride week in LA, I’ll have lots to report next week!!!
