Rentals: After selecting “Rent for 48 Hours,” click the cart icon in the top right corner of the page. Review your order and click “Checkout” to complete. After completing the checkout process, click the “Rentals Library” link. Once in your Rental Library, locate the title. You can choose to download the title to your computer by right-clicking on the any of the Download Links (56k-1500k) and choose “Save As…” Once the file has completed downloading, locate the file on your computer and open in Windows Media Player. The first time you launch the movie, you will be prompted to enter your C1R Login Details, once you have completed this step, the movie should begin to play. You can also choose to stream the movie (without downloading the entire movie to your local computer). After completing the checkout process, click the “Rentals Library” link. Once in your Rental Library, locate the title. Simply click any of the Stream Links (56k-1500k), this will launch Windows Media Player. You will be prompted to enter your C1R Login Details, once you have completed this step, the movie should begin to play. Alternately, after renting the title you may also watch via “Watch Now” during your rental period (see Watch Now instructions)
Watch Now: You will need Watch Now Minutes before you are able to view a movie. Login to your account and click the “My Account” link. View your available minutes on this page, if you need to purchase minutes, click the “Buy Minutes” button. After completing the checkout process, locate the title you want to watch and click “Watch Now.” The movie will begin to play in the player below. If you run out of minutes while watching the movie, the movie will stop and you will be prompted to purchase more minutes. Customers who have “Rented” the title for 48 hours can also view the movie through the “Watch Now” process during the rental period. Rentals do not expire for C1R.com Premium Members.
Returns/Exchanges: Please order carefully as ALL sales are final. We do not allow returns or exchanges for any reason. We will gladly replace defective merchandise with the same product if returned within 30 days. You must contact us at 800-997-9072 or open a ticket at www.C1R.com/support to receive a return authorization (R.A.). Due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on sex toys. Any item returned to us without an R.A. is subject to a $10 restocking fee.
Incorrect Shipment: If you receive an incorrect item, PLEASE DO NOT OPEN IT! We are unable to exchange incorrect shipments, if merchandise is opened. You must contact us at 800-997-9072 or open a ticket at www.C1R.com/support within 30 days to receive a return authorization (R.A.). We will gladly replace it with the correct merchandise; however, we will not replace it with a different title. Any item returned to us without an R.A. is subject to a $10 restocking fee.
